Abbottsford (previously trading as Victorian Interior Furnishings) is a company which sells fireplaces both to trade and retail customers. It has been in existence for the last twenty-five years and specializes in restored original and new fireplaces. All our product ranges are thriving in the current trading climate and we are able to sustain our position by constantly monitoring customer tastes.
Our service to our customers is not restricted by selling in our outlets but expanded by personal visits to check to see if the fireplace will fit and also to reinforce the customers tastes by making sure that their purchase will enhance the property aesthetically as well as financially.
Abbottsford also provides a personal delivery service to ensure all goods arrive on site in the best possible condition. Delivery time usually takes one to three weeks and can go up to six weeks for very special requirements that would involve being dependant on manufacturers’ time scales. On certain lines current stock can also support customer collection or same day delivery.
Being an independent concern we are able to offer the customers choice rather than be restricted by commercial pressure. Abbottsford prides itself on achieving customer satisfaction by ensuring all individual projects are realised to a high standard.
